The socket can be repaired by using a “glob” of solder on the end of the wire, first push the wire through the spring and the socket. I don’t know If any of the vendors sell a replacement socket, for the ashtray, the oem one is not a common design. Another option would be to purchase a similar socket and then cut the wire, next solder the wire to the one in your console, use a piece of shrink tube to insulate.

Look for a Dornan 85805 at your local parts store.... you might be able to swap in the lead from it....the insulator just might be small enough and if not then you might be able to keep the lighter housing insulator washer and just use the lead from the 85805.
For that matter, if the insulator washer is good you can just buy and single lead socket whose lead will fit through the lighter lamp housing hole.
