Default Any good ?

Is White performance and machine any good? Has anyone used or know anyone who has used them. Looking at a crate engine. Not ship white as they get confused I guess. Ty.

A more complete list would be nice.
did you do a search for previous buyers ratings?

yeah I did and I have found alot of conflicting stuff. His shop and skip whites shop get confused and I have found good and bad for each. This one is fred whites shop and seems he has good reviews but then I've read some stuff claiming he sold it and isn't running it anymore. The price would be straight and really help me out with my build if the non listed parts check out.

You’re always better off finding a speed/machine shop in your area with an excellent reputation and have them build you an engine.
Make sure they have a dyno and they do the initial start and tune as part of the build.
My engine builder just dyno’d my new 496.
They found the lifters were making a noise they didn’t like and the camshaft wasn’t making power exactly where I wanted it.
They replaced the lifters, no charge for parts and labor, I paid for the new camshaft, because I originally picked it out and they split the labor to install it.
My warranty started the day after they finished the dyno test and tune.
I purchased a crate motor years ago from a reputable builder and never again.
After two years fighting with them over damage during shipping, (basically the engine cradle broke and the engine was bouncing around inside the shipping crate until it broke out the side of the crate).
The engine was returned by the original shipping company, the builder repaired it then shipped it back to me using the original broken engine cradle and repaired and shipped the engine back to me using the original crate.
Of course the cradle failed the second time and the engine was laying on the bottom of the crate.
More fighting between the builder and shipping company.
The engine was returned a second time, repaired the returned, you guessed it, using the same broken and repaired twice cradle.
I sold the engine at a big loss and had a local shop build my engine.
