I’ve got the dash out and pulled heater core out,can really tell that it was leaking, but a few months ago pulled carpet out,and the padding under carpet on passenger side was wet,I have had this car 18 months always inside a big garage that doesn’t get any sunlight,so it happened before I bought it,but someone could of replaced it at some point, can I check this one or should be rusted if leaking correct.

You've done all that work to remove it, just replace it. I did mine on my 82 CE. Make sure you pressure test the new one. I got 2 bad ones. Actually had to solder the 2nd myself before installing.
Yea,I can tell where it’s been leaking, but now can’t get it out and don’t want to crack the housing,I have 4 screws out and it should slide out,but it’s not budging, but hadn’t used a lot of force either, but is there another screw or screws some where, will get some pictures, but 1 screw for clamp holding pipes, another screw on bottom corner then 1 on top and another bottom left I believe a total of 4 screws.

Typical rotted core. With the new ones they are selling, I had problems with the copper tubes being loose where they go into the core. Watch for that when your new on arrives. I actually had to solder the 2nd bad replacement core I bought.
