Bee Jay - I like your door pulls. Are they attached to the same holes as the stock ones or did you do something different?
Cup holder seems like it would be right where you want to rest your elbow.

Yes, I use two of the three arm rest mounting points for the pull straps.
Yes, when I have a cup of coffee in the cupholder, I lose my armrest momentarily. But now that I've driven the car several times, the armrest is a major improvement in ergonomic comfort. I guess I eliminated the door armrest, which I never used, and added a console arm rest, which I always use now.
