I put them up against the carpet and it is close, but requires trimming, which I hesitate to do until I know for sure. Agree with the ‘jute is a waste’, not sure it is required after putting down the Dynamat.

It's a waste, I'm doing carpet now with Dynamat and I'm going jutless.
Jute def helps. Remember these cars new only had jute and were fine…only after 30 years is it a prob. I did kilamat .050, then vette nuts full foil insulation kit, then top flight jute with foil and then ACC new carpet with jute. Underside is foil backed fiberglass heat film. 2.5hr drive and didn’t feel anything in the car.
