Default Bolt help

Please see the attached pics. I need the size of the bolts in Yellow.
Bolt # 9418967
Bolt # 9419073

How do I find the size? I Googled it but nothing helpful came up.

I found this site http://www.camaros.org/forum/index.php?topic=11081.0

I plugged in the Chevrolet Bolt part numbers 9418967 and 9419073

I got this:

9418967-P79 3/8-16X3/49/16AF AMK B-10163 (2) Phosp B-10164 (2) Zinc

9419073-P95 7/16-14X1.05/8AF AMK B-13682 (4)

9418967-P79 3/8-16X 3/49/16AF AMK B-10163 (2) Phosp B-10164 (2) Zinc

From this I assume it is a 3/8 bolt, course 16 thread. Is the length ¾ Inch???

Same with this one:

9419073-P95 7/16-14 X1.0 5/8AF AMK B-13682 (4)

I think it is a 7/16 bolt. I am assuming Course thread. Can anyone decifer the length…Is it one inch?

Hello. Tried Google for the numbers and got 7/16 X 14 X 1" for bolt #94114073 and for bolt # 9418967 3/8 X 16 X 3/4", no mention of grade. Accuracy?, not sure. You might try the Corvette vendors vendors, sometimes in their description they mention the size of the bolts etc. Good luck.

I tried Zip and Keen. Both showed the bolt package with no measurements.

You are doing something that seems very commonly done by people on this forum.........using the "assembly" manual as a "parts" manual. They have different purposes. If you need to identify a part use the parts manual as parts manual often identifies the bolt sizes and grades. This is an example excerpt from the parts manual but not necessarily your solution. Yes, the information in the AIM and Parts manuals can often be very different. The issue date of the parts manual can also effect the results.

those numbers looks correct

the last part of the description there appears to be the socket size of the bolt head- 5/8 for the 7/16 bolt, and 9/16 for the 3/8 bolt

Actually I found the bags with the old hardware I took out. It was in a safe place. So safe, I couldn't find it.

Everything I back in the car, The rebuilt starter, the new Power Steering Control valve and the rebuilt Muncie. Glad to get off of the cold concrete flood.

Thank you all for your help!
