Default 82 IAC Question

I have recently bought an 82 that had been parked for a long time. It is in pretty rough shape, but will be a fun project. Initially, I was getting a code 51, found out the prom wasn't even plugged in. Then had a 22 and a 34. Adjusted the TPS and replaced the MAP. No more CEL, but idle is really low and rough. Currently, fuel pressure is 8. Waiting on a new fuel pump. My question is on IACs. When I look online I find them anywhere from $20 to $120. What is the difference? Which brand should I go with? Thanks for your help!

The stock idle speed on an L83 is pretty low but it should be smooth.

Have you made sure the IAC pintles and the IAC seats in the throttle bodies are clean? Have the TB's been sync'ed?

Also, rough idle can be caused by problems unrelated to the fuel system such as TBI injector issues, poor valve sealing, uneven compression or ignition problems.

I have not messed with the TBs yet. I have the rebuild kits, but waiting on the fuel pump before I mess with them. Once I get the pump in, I will rebuild the TBs and the regulator to get the pressure to 13. I was going to check the pintles and seats then. If I can get new IACs for a resonable price, I figured I would just replace them. I am just confused by the wide range of prices available.

Just a warning on replacing parts like that, with the supply chain quality today sometimes the new ones are even worse. Learned this one the hardware. I'd wait to test the IAC's until after you rebuild and balance the TBI's.
