Wondering if anyone has come across this issue? I removed the rear differential bracket (2 cross bolts and 1 bushing bolt in front) to get more access to the axel and to replace the leaky pinion seal. Removal was easy but now it does not completely align with the frame holes. I did have to unbolt the springs to drop down the differential for clearance purposes. I did re-load the springs and put it all back together. The middle bolt on the bracket is just a fraction off but have tried everything I can think of to re-align it, short of removing the leaf springs again. Have tried jacking the front of the bracket to pull it up but it is just jacking up the whole car. If I remove the frony bushing it does align but then the bushing can't be installed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
Loosen the differential cross member.(do not remove the bolts)
Install the front mount bolt and the front rubber snubber, and torque to spec.
Lastly, retighten the differential crossmember, and torque to spec.
