Default Headlight connection?

Taking the 69 apart to send it to the body shop. Taking the headlights out and noticed a connection that wasn’t hooked up. Not sure what this is. Also where can I get new headlight connectors I can plug into the headlights. Mine are junk. Want to hook up the fiber optics back up.

The thing you're holding is actually the switch to activate the headlight warning. They are available from all the corvette parts vendors.

Here is where is goes and this is what a new one looks like. There is one for each headlight assembly.

The switch is likely broken - they snap off easily. Here's a link to a thread about the switch.

Thanks guys. I need to order a couple and figure out which wires on the drivers side go to the switch as it’s completely gone.

Order 3 of them because they're so fragile you'll break the first one when you tighten the nut.
