Default Another leaf spring Question

Hello. I am reinstalling the leaf spring, (leaf steel) in a 69. My question is about the bolts and hardware at both ends. On the part of the bolt that slides down the trailing arm assembly is there a flat washer, rubber or poly cushion and a cup that the cushion sit in? It would be the same three pieces a cup, rubber and washer plus a nut included there that are on the bottom of the bolt. Can't remember what was there and different vendors seem to show a cup there and not a cup. Not sure if there a two of the cups or just one at the bottom of the bolt, below the leaf spring. Hopefully this makes sense. Thanks and take care.

Yes…
This one is not peened because I planed to change the spring, but I needed to make it a roller for now.
I just posted the picture so the OP could see the stacking order.

Actually, this is a better method than peening with a hammer.
