HiDoes anyone out there who knows if the Wiper Door Vacuum Steel Line, that was used in 71 & 72, fits in a 68?From what I can see, the firewall is more or less the same.
I think it looks great , with a lite bit less vacuum hoses

You got pics of that steel line?? Never seen the steel line. The hoses are routed slightly different due to the 70's wiper closed safety switch. You would be better off buying brake line and bending your own custom lines....polished stainless or chrome could look nice
Here are pics of my '72's firewall when the engine was out for rebuilding, prior to replacing the engine harness. The steel line is a double-tube assembly for part of the run. I don't know how/if it would fit a '68.
