Search this forum for Borgeson Return Line. A U shaped connector will do the trick. I bought mine from kegworks.com.

There was another Borgesson install thread that that had a solution using one of the metal fittings from the old system. As I recall, you cut it down a little bit and install it into the return port. and has a slight Bend in it to connect the hose to with a hose clamp. I've done it on two different units I've installed and it works great to eliminate the kink. I followed these instructions for the whole install, as the instructions included with the kit were a little vague.

I found it. Here's the link..

In terms of bang for the buck, I think it's one of the best upgrades available.

Here's another option to try....get an outside spring hose protector that will help the hose keep its shape and prevent kinks. Hydraulic shop or industrial supply house should be able to help you. Here's a link...

Thanks gentlemen for all this great feedback. I had some 3/8 steel tubing that I tried to flare using a Harbor Freight tool. It failed miserably. I decided to spring for a Kegworks barbed U connector - cheaper than purchasing a proper flare tool

I think I put a 90 off the pump.My hose was shorter than yours and had a much worse kink.Wasn't comfortable with the hose hanging down like that.
