Buccaneer is great with the crossfire, you'll want to listen to him. Lots of different venders. Zip corvette and a few other I have good luck with. Even Amazon for some things. You don’t like them send them back. Lot of good advice so far. Brakes might brake free then definitely flush them and go from there.I don’t know if they were stainless sleeved from the factory. Put some oil in the piston along with priming the engine. Definitely check the fuel tank. Those tanks are plastic lined so you clean and check your sender and pump for corrosion. I don’t know how it was laid up but if it was dry on fuel you might just luck out. I forgot the company that I got my brake calipers from but I do know there stainless sleeved with o ring seals that was my choice. I look for my receipt. Check your tires for dry rot. Mine have lots of thread and huge cracks going around the inside of the treads. Look close. Good luck. That looks like a clean corvette to put some time in.
Thank you - will be in touch with Buccaneer - he is local to me. Yes car is very mint orig car, just need to get it sorted mechanically and road ready..
I like the OWL tires - i see they are now available thru Coker. Pricey - would like to keep it all original looking .
Have to get here to AZ - currently on the east coast.
Beautiful car.
It looks like it was well cared for since it was first purchased.
For my e brakes I went with all stainless steel components from Bair’s Corvette.
For the new calipers and rotors, I went with Wilwood.
Corvette Central has become my go to supplier for most of my oem replacement parts.
They have great quality parts and their customer service and support is awesome.
