Does your Corvette still have the Factory Transistorized ignition system in it and is it still working?
IF you do not have the factory T.I. then you want to buy a different coil.
We removed the entire system from the C3 and put in a complete MSD ignition system including the distributor. The original parts are getting expensive and they will continue to get rare. The original T.I. worked very well and there is a gentleman named Dave Fiedler who specializes in those GM T.I. ignition system. He also sells a replacement controller board allowing your car to be more reliable using the factory T.I. I had him rebuild my distributor and install the new control board before vacuum packing it for storage. Dave KNOWS Factory T.I.!!!
