It might have been better if you hadn't just " threw them on". I polished mine with Mothers before I installed them. It smoothed the surface better so less 'stuff can adhere to them. After that , all I need is a soft clean cloth to wipe them down IF they look dusty.
.
. At least your driving it,,,,

Capps Brite Hot Coatings( CermaKrome coaters for Lemons Headers) states........

"Periodic cleaning of your headers can be accomplished by using a clean cloth with mineral spirits or any other cleaning products that do not contain caustics or acids. Once all foreign matter has been removed, the coating may be polished with a clean soft cloth and a nonabrasive polish such as wheel polish, Mothers Mag polish,Blu Magic, Metal Magic,Eagle One Mag polish or any other aluminum polish. Periodic scrubbing with a red or gray Scotchbrite pad may be useful in removing oils and contaminants from the coating surface."
