I too have heard the fresh air theory. But only in places like this. Never in a actual service school.

75 had the blower always running, and was also the last (full) year for Astro Ventilation. And the first year for catalytic converters, too. I wouldn't mind having those triangular vent windows that C2s and Corvairs had, though.
