Hi everyone, I know this has been beat to death here but has anyone figured where to get a HEI distributor recurved? I know it's hard finding someone these days. I'm not really wanting to try it myself but it may come to that. I have a Mallory distributor that I want to put in my Z28. The part # is 85248201C. I am wanting to just recurve it instead of purchasing a new performance one since mine has practically has 0 street miles on it. I purchased it in 2009 back when Mallory was making them in the U. S.. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Any chance you kept the instructions for the distributor?
It will certainly be cheaper to buy a dialback timing light than to hire someone to do it even once. You'll still need to time the car correctly, and you'll need a dialback timing light, or timing tape, for that, if you follow the @lars method for optimal timing.
