Ell not moving with the clutch in is bad....time to jack it up and pull the driveshaft. If the slip yoke on the back of the tranny moves freely then pull the half shafts. If the differential doesn't spin then pull it, you can't fix it in the car. You can buy a used differential pretty cheaply and slap it in while you fix yours, then sell the temporary replacement. It will keep you on the road while there's still summer left

Have you crawled under to take a look and/or take some photos?
Though I didn't get the transmission stuck in two gears, I certainly had the linkage arms nearly fall off of the B&W Super T-10 transmission. Easy to fix with one hand and a gear wrench.
