Lower control arm..
Putting on new (different) control arms with new stock rubber bushings..any benefit of putting some kind of oil in the shaft where it rotates between the two bushings??? ...76 l 82 coupe

Oil can damage the rubber. And the bushing shaft doesn't rotate. The rubber flexes.
There's a much longer post here, but this why some of us choose to use poly bushings instead.
Be sure to have the weight on the suspension before you do the final crank-down tightening, and you should be fine.

Stock style rubber front control arm bushings. No lube of any kind.
And yes, do not torque up the bolts until the weight of the car is on those bushings.
