Rag Joint Ground Question
With my GTR rebuilt steering box ready to go I need to ensure I have no weak links in the steering system. So I scored a pretty nice rag joint off a 79 at Carlisle and transferred some parts to my original 72.
I notice that it has some kind of mesh but on the other face of rubber than my original and wondering if the 79 still had the built in electrical mesh or if I need to add a jumper wire. Here’s a picture!

😆😆
So I answered my own question. I put an ohm meter across it and there’s continuity. Not sure why I didn’t just try that first 😆 too many projects going on.
