Borgeson Leaking From Bottom Seal
I noticed a puddle under my '73 a couple days ago and traced it to the bottom seal of my Borgeson box. This is in a '73 with and LS3 that I swapped 3-4 years ago. I installed it with all new lines, a new pump and have been using GM power steering fluid. The car has been driven very little, less than 1000 miles, and I have never had to top off the PS fluid, but the leaks seams pretty substantial now that I found it. If I get the arm off is there a seal I can replace? Run some stop leak and see if that fixes it? Pull the box and take a look at it? Everything else looks good, no leaks anywhere else.
Thanks,

When I park it in the garage lately I have to back it in and around the corner, and that involves about 2-3 stop-to-stop turns, and that is when it seemed to leak, seems like that is relevant.
Also, I am running a slightly smaller PS pump pulley from Dirty Dingo to clear the upper control arm so the PS pump is probably a bit over speed, could this contribute to a leak?
Thanks,
Scott

The highest pressure occurs when you go lock-to-lock, so that's when it will leak. But that's also how you get the seal out - remove the arm and the snap ring, put a pan under the box, and then go all the way to the lock with the engine running: it blows the seal right out. Put in a new one and bolt it back together. Fixed.
