1970 Corvette
Standard stock rotors or drilled and slotted? Calipers were replaced three decades ago with stainless steel lined calipers and they appear to still be solid.
Those old rotors are not like modern, thinner walled rotors. If they need to be turned to get rid of deep grooves, look for a shop that does on-the-car turning. The rotors were an assembly with the hubs when manufactured - they were trued on the bearings and hubs they were mounted to. If you put new/different rotors on you will need to shim them so they have nearly zero run-out. If you remove your old ones to have them trued, you run into the same shimming issue.
