Default Steering Wheel Removal
On my 82 base C3 it has a Grant steering wheel and I'm trying to remove it to resolve a couple of issued with the wheel position and the horn not working.

The horn button has 2 screws 180° apart and I took those off but it's not obvious how to remove the horn assembly.

I think the ring with the T should pull out. It should have been attached to the horn button.

Bingo! The horn button was screwed to it so I took the screws out and things did didn't look right.
