I have a 77 Corvette that has caused me problem with the fuse box. I have followed the 1977 blue electrical manual, the repair manual and the assembly manual and now I am confused. My problem started with no power accessories, no lights, no tail light, no power windows, no dash light. So I also checked the light switch which had power. So I got power windows , radio, cig lighter, clock all working, the key buzzer and had power to start the car, so here are a few photos if anyone can help, all fuses have power except 5am

Turn to page 18 of the 1977 ETSM.
You will see that the only time the 5amp INST/LPS fuse gets power is when the headlight switch is pulled to either the 1st or 2nd position.
On that drawing, Circuit 8 shows a Black wire, but it is actually the Gray wire from the Warning Buzzer that lands in the fuse panel LPS socket (Green Connector).
