My front sway bar is missing. what size should it be? I have a 9 leaf rear suspension and 9/16 rear bar. The car still has its orig eng so I know its a real LS5 car. I found a post here that said all BB cars came with F41 suspension standard but that would mean a 7 leaf rear spring. Its a auto car. Its been off the road since early 80s. pretty unmolested car

BB cars came mostly with std suspension. Some of them had the F41, but even that was mostly in 68/69. Not common in 70-74.
The std sb front sway bar is 7/8"
The BB front sway bar is unique to a BB, and is 15/16"
It doesn't sound like a lot of difference, but that makes it 30% stiffer.
Yes you have the correct rear sway bar, a 9/16" unit.
Both the front and rear sway bars are BB only items, and used on all BBs.
The rear stock spring is a std one.
The BB front spring is heavier than a SB spring, and if a no AC car, as most were, it should be like mine, an "HU" tag and 3931825 part #, and a wire diameter of .618" measured with a dial caliper. 10.0 coils, and a 15.25" free height. 284# spring rate. Same BB coil spring used from 68-74.
The ac springs is a little bigger diameter, at .645" and the F41 spring is .680". The SB is down around .600" dia.
