Hi guys. The saga continues as I dive in deeper into my 69. I had to replace my tach cable recently which has resulted in attempting to get the rest of the gauges working. Going well and learning in the process. Finding a lot of broken, rusty, and incorrect parts along the way. I am currently working on getting the air handling controls working (non ac car) and removed the passenger panel with the map pocket. It’s in decent shape but when I turned it over, it appears someone made some improper repairs when mounting the pocket. I can see where the other spring goes at the top but not sure how the bottom of the pocket was originally attached. I’m sure it wasn’t with nails, lol. Can anyone offer any advice or have a picture? I’ve attached a photo of mine.
