AC car Heater core swap
I have seen lots of posts on changing the heater core on an AC car from inside but with the AC setup removed from the engine bay is it possible to change the core that way. From pictures it looks like the plate that holds it he core in is just blocked by the firewall glass but before I head inside the car it’s worth checking.

I cannot comment to your question directly but my 78 was FULL of pine needles that i would not have known about had i not removed the inside part of the heater and been able to work on the bench. Lots of duct removal but it was worth it
