Holley 750 settings for 383 sbc

Hello People,
What would be the best for my 383 tune as regards a holley 750 mech secondary?
Main jet?
Power valve?
Have Factory defaults at the moment.

The factory specs will work great if you properly adjust and set up the rest of the carb (as long as it's not one of the cheap "Street Avenger" carbs).

Genuine holley,
with 383 is any benefit to adjust power jet or main jet ??

Not sure what genuine Holley means, Street Avenger is a brand of genuine Holley. List number would help.
Lars told you in March that no changes required in jetting or power valve.
