C3 carpet
Is there a dye on the market for carpet. Instead of buying a complete set of carpet, i was going to buy the the front and dye it, (my back carpet is already new),,,,,,im broke but want something to hold me over till i can afford to do it all, the right way, but spring is here and i want to drive it around.

You can buy "spray dye" in rattle cans. I've seen it in some of the auto parts stores...PEP Boys, etc. I know JC Whitney sells it too. Comes in most "stock" colors. Sounds like your interior is black, so it shouldn't be a problem. Be sure you buy carpet dye, NOT vinyl spray dye. I've heard of guys taking the carpet out and dyeing it with RIT or TINTEX dye that you buy at the grocery store, but I've never tried this. Chuck
