There are options out there for new cooler lines. Google your year and "radiator cooler pipe on radiator" and you should have a few options that pull up. At minimum I would definitely not use the old ones.

Maybe talk to the radiator company and see what they have, or get the thread pitch from them and visit Home Depo for some bronze fittings...I've done that a few times in the past... That's as fancy as I get...lol

they should be inverted flare fittings . Go to a radiator shop or auto parts store and get plugs

Champion makes decent aluminum radiators. But you need to do some measuring of the original unit and some good research on Champion products to determine the correct model for your needs. When you find one of the correct size, with outlets and fittings where you need, you may still need to use thread adapters to fit your lines, etc. to the new radiator. A minor inconvenience. If you choose to paint it, go with semi-gloss black....but use very little paint on the cooling fin areas, as paint will act as an insulator. Just use enough in those areas to cover the 'shine'.
If you have A/C, buy a 3-core unit, if it will fit in space available. Two-core would probably be adequate, since it is aluminum.
