I'll guess the bolt is 1/4 x 20 about 1 inch or 1&1/2 inches long.
You will find it is easier to screw the bolt into the consol first with the head facing the engine.and then slide the consol into the bulkhead hole.

Up for debate
The reinforcement (shown in your photo) gives the console strength so that if you lean on it the console does not crack, so no I did not put a nut on the bolt.
