Any Tech Articles on MSD Distributor Install
This will be my first time in the Distributor area of the engine so I'm either looking for Info or HELP :crazy: :crazy: plus I'm Installing the 6AL box as well.All this from stock :confused:

It is a fairly simple job. The instructions that come with it should be able to answer any questions. If you have any other ones someone here will be glad to help you out.

hell, I'm having my mechanic do mine, so my tachometer can finally I work. I shouldn't say finally, I've only had the car for 6-7 months. I also shouldn't really talk cuz one of the main reason I'm not doing it (I'm getting the MSD tach-drive dist. and the MSD 6al ignition box too) is I live in an apartment and have no real place to work on it, cuz I'd love to learn. Plus, I've heard it can be tricky to get the proper settings, and can cause all sorts of headaches if its not setup right. That's why I'm leaving to my mechanic who has put in the MSD system tons of time.
If you know what you are doing for setup, I've heard its actually a reasonably quick installation. I could be wrong, it wouldn't be the first time.
