So, finally got around to installing the Van Steel Delrin crossmember bushings. All went well until I installed the pinion snubber that came with the bushings. VS calls for 70ft-lb of torque. It didn't like it. Fortunately, I had the old snubber available. Confirmed the dimensions were the same and reinstalled it. Factory is 55-75ft-lb so I went to 55. Yes, I am holding upside down in the pictures but I did install it correctly. I hate this job since I have to unbolt the driveshaft at the pinion in order to get clearance for the bolt. Remind me to kick some GM design engineers in the ***, LOL.
I will be calling Van Steel on Monday though.

Steve,
You might want to use the solid aluminum puck
I saw that in Tom’s catalog. I just don’t need the crossmember stiffener part of the kit. I can call them Monday and see if they will just sell the puck for the front.
I can make them, offhand I don't know what the angle is milled into them. I think my son is still running one. He broke all the rubber, poly engine and diff mounts, ended up going to the solids.
