Greta Thunberg (and ABBA, as noted) are good examples of how well Swedes speak English. Pingo is just playing you all by posting in Swedish. And to pretend he doesn't know what a brake proportioning valve is is pretty silly... Saab and Volvo have always used proportioning valves on their non-ABS non-electronic brake systems, as do all other European cars. The next thing he's going to do is post a question in Swedish and ask what the gas pedal is, just to see how many takers he gets... Raising the BS flag on this guy.
