72 twin turbo build

always have craved the bumper cars again as I have had a few and despite them being old (like me), I grew up with these and they are still a beauty
well here's the canvas and the initial plan

I plan to drive for a bit just to see what the cat needs (probably until end of summer)
Here's the plan
Drivetrain
4.8 LS, wiseco 10-1 pistons, gen 4 rods, iron block, 799 heads with good del west nascar 2.0 valves and 1.55 iconel exh valves
TTiX twin turbo, updated with t3 to t4 adapters
turbonetics turbo 64/67 (HPT is I have more $$, have to refresh the turbonetics) I also have some ttix t60 journal turbos laying around)
2004 vette ecm wired up for flex fuel
big pumps enough to flow wnough for 1200 on e85
160 or so lb bosch injectors
trying to run some chrome side pipe manifolds for the exhaust, have some old chrome BB side pipes
cosmetic
aftermarket seats
480le with full manual valve body with 1200 hp rating
3200 stahl multi disk convertor (3rd gear lock up)
ford 9 inch rear with parallel 4 link 3.x gears 480 has 2.4 low gear, ,6 or so OD
3.5 drive shaft with strong u joints
fancy door panels
ccw classic rims (335s 285s let it hook

been droolin over the vette brakes & products suspension stuff even though I didn't have a c3 soon
the offset rear control arms may get the nod if I can't do the ford 9 inch the dana 44 80 rear is pretty strong (and cheap) and I upgraded the dana 44 in the z to viper gears, they are beefy
bolts right in looking at the batwing and dual hammer head braces like they do in kit cars only I will make a welded u shped bracket that braces both sides
the mad dog 480le is only 2200 and I have a core (although I may hang onto it, stock rebuild, only 30k miles from a van)
van steel has tubular contol arms and coil overs that are very nice and ease handling in the old buggy
c3 suspension dates back to 50s and is largely carried over from c2
love to involve you all and get feedback as I go
Any specific reason you’re going with a 4.8 rather than a 5.3 or 6.0? The only reason I could think of is fuel economy or wanting to really crank up the boost.
Also, just out of curiosity, what’s the diameter of those wheels?
