Because you're thermostat housing has pipe plugs in it the original EFE TVS switch has been removed. (TVS = Thermo Vacuum Switch). Plug that hose with a golf tee. If you have the original air cleaner the switch posted above is where that loose hose attaches to. The other port of that switch a vacuum hose runs to the air cleaner front air intake actuator.
