Looking for any starter recommendations for my 1969. Has a 350 with longtube headers and a 168 tooth count flex plate. Last starter I had died after 1 year!

Does YOURS presently have a Points & Condenser ignition ? Yes or No ? If yes, new starter's solenoid Must also have an "R" terminal. It truly matters.
This WAI Global starter P/N 3510NPG fits 168T and either points Or HEI, comes with BOLTS and splash gasket AND LIFETIME Mfr Warranty $123, It is modern PMGR aka PG260 https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...4152&jsn=10768

I have a Mini hi-torque starter and love it ! the only issue is if you still have points the newer starter doesn't have the R ??? terminal ?? I'm not sure which terminal is missing but you need to run a ballast resistor.

All sbc/BBC solenoids have an "S" terminal.
An "R" terminal is needed for a points-condenser ignition.
Points-condenser ignition uses an "R" terminal in conjunction with either a ballast resistor OR a resistance wire.
Some solenoids have an "R" terminal.
Some solenoids have Both "R" And "S" terminals.
IF your ignition does not need an "R" terminal, But IF your solenoid has an "R" terminal; you can simply disregard that "R" terminal.
