Default Help identifying a bracket
Hi all,

In the midst of an engine swap on an ‘80 L48 manual, and during engine and trans removal the bracket in the photo dropped out. I’ve diligently bagged and tagged everything else, but can’t work ID this one and it’s ruining my process. Can someone help me out with what it is?

Not the same shape as the one(s) on my '71 350, but could that be one of the engine lift tabs?

Could it attach the parking brake cable to the trailing arm?

Awesome - thank you all. Case close that it’s engine lift. ….Very wild if it popped off the trailing arm and came out with the engine!!
