Theres 2 clips on the back and one tiny screw holding it in .take the screw out and push it back towards the window with two fingers before you do anything put a rag in the corner so you don’t loose the screw
The door trim has hidden screws and find a very small thin screwdriver and start at the front and pop the felt out of the door one at a time and don’t bend it or you will be buying a new one

I believe after removing the screw you pull FORWARD on the fender trim piece to release it from the small clips.
If you push to the rear the trim hits the windshield before it's clear of the clips.
