Re: [Project Update] The Vettefinders Project (68rdstr)
From the first set of pictures (part 1) the car looked great. But, I guess that goes to show how beauty can be skin deep on a vette and it pays to really go over a car to make sure you know what you are getting.
Well, that goes to show how photos can be deceiving, especially at 30 feet. We are going to be putting together a nice write-up on how to buy a C3. Yes, it has been done, but I think we certainly have a vested interest in having info like that on our site.
Also, I added the ability for people to add comments on the Project Site. :seeya

Chris,
That's a great idea. As you peel off the layers you can point out the areas that potential new vette owners should look at before buying. My first vette was a black 79 L82. I bought it from the Navy's Blue Angel PR man. Keep up the good work! :chevy

Be sure to let us know when you get it written up and loaded.

Yeah right, leave the most fun car I have at your place?
The Samurai has been done for about 10 months. I have beat on it mercilessly and still haven't broken anything. We'll probably be at Tellico (south TN) in about 6 weeks.
And to answer the question about where do I find the time, well I DON'T WATCH TV!
