82 Tire Size
The options in 82 were 225/70 R15 and 255/60 R15. Is there any fitment issues with N90 wheels and the 225/70R15? Right now I have the rally wheels with 225/70 R15 tires. Is there any difference in the offset of the N90 and rally wheels?

N90 refers to the 1980-1982 style, while YJ8 is for the earlier 1976-1979 cars with black centers. 1973 if you want to be specific.
But to answer your question, you shouldn’t have any fitment issues with tires as the wheels have the same width and backspacing.

AFAIK, except for 1968, all C3 wheel options were the same size. 15x8", 4" backspace (-13mm offset). The steel wheels, YJ8s, and N90s were all the same dimensions.
Your 82 might look better with 255/60R15s on those N90s. But both stock sizes will fit with no issues.
