Did the strut rods yesterday on my 72 don't know what brand picked them up at the Turkey Run swap meet,they are adjustable,rubber bushings which is what I wanted.The 72 is an original California car so had everything apart in half an hour.However did have a problem with the bushings being a little wide but being rubber manged to jam them up in without trimming.Getting them lined up in the spindle was the most time consuming part.I ended up undoing the spring and then rather than pounding on the shock mount to get it lined up the last little bit I took a bolt the same size and ground a taper on the end and used it as an alignment drift. Works better than a drift because its the same size as the shock mount.Also used a 3/8npt pipe cap to drive the shock mount out although it didn't take much.
