Default Engine install

Any advice on installing my 350 with the muncie 4 speed as one back in my 1970? Do I install the transmission mount with the exhaust hanger back on the cross member before or leave it out for additional room while sliding in the transmission in. It's a convertible so crossmember can't be removed. Any thoughts or recommendations on this process would be appreciated. Up to this point I've been able to manage this by myself. Is it possible to get this back in alone or 100% requires two people?

Thanks in advance.

BTW, your cross-member is non-removable because it's a manual transmission car, not because of body style. The removable cross-members are only found on automatic trans frames.

Oh ok didn't know that. I'd have to say installing everything together is way easier. Took less than an hour and its bolted back in.
