I ordered a headlight repair kit for my 68 corvette. It seems that the bearing asm is not the same as the orignal (see pictures). Does anyone already mount this type of bearing ? Any problem with this kind of new bearing ?
I put one of those kits in my car right around the year 2,000. So a good 25 years ago now. Everything works fine. The most fun is getting those headlight doors properly aligned without chipping the paint.
