Looking to install roller rocker arms on my 75 350, seems everything I've looked at says does not fit. They are ported fulie heads with 3/8 studs. I've been wrenching for a lot of years (retired mechanic) and search results seem to make no sense. Am I missing something? Gen 1 small block. Looking for recommendations without breaking the bank.

Of course you can. I have 1.6 roller rocker arms on mine. Depending on the brand, some will fit under the stock rocker arm covers. All though I've heard that if you use a shorter poly lock you can use just about any brand roller rocker.
I guess a question is also: are you looking for full roller or just roller tips? Full roller do have height challenges but roller tips do not. There are valve cover spacers if you can't figure out something that will fit.
You can't use roller tips, the open spring pressure is too high. They cant go over 350# over the nose. You need the full roller rocker arms.
I assume you are installing a roller cam? A flat tappet cam would not need that much pressure. It would likely loose the lobes and lifters very quickly if you tried.
Pushrods will need to be measured for and custom made. Trend is a good pushrod manufacturer.
The cam is Melling 22301 and matching Melling springs as per Melling. Full rockers are what I planned on from the start. The 350 has been through the machine shop with all the little goodies taken care of.
Pretty basic 230/480" on a 109 LSA. Those spring specs are suspect. That cam should not need anything that stiff. Looks like a high wear potential to me.
