The part # kind of jumps out at you....I can't find it on the interweb.....Maybe I should buy a AC Delco.

Definitely seems likely that the TPS is bad at this point. Just to rule out that it's not the multimeter, I'd test the multimeter on a the battery using the same setting to see if ti shows 12.5v or more. If so, then I think it's safe to assume that the TPS is bad. Assuming it's the original then all likelihood is it's at the end of it's life. I wouldn't toss it just yet and would recommend holding onto it until you get a replacement more so as a confirmation for you to test the original versus the new. I would recommend getting the sensor from GM Part #17111262. Though there are cheaper options, the last time I used a store-brand part I got inconsistent results.

One other test you could try is connecting the B wire and C wire to see if you get a reading above 3v. Shoud be closer to 5v but mine oscillated (I think due to ECM attempting to get a reading and adjust).

Ill do the quick battery test and if it is 12.5 ish volts, I think ill order an AC Delco one. Ill keep the group posted.
