Wipers acting crazy-Please Help
My intermittent wipers don't work at all on my 78 SA. When I push the **** all the way to the bottom, they work (most of the time) on one speed. No fast or slow. Then they don't want to stop when I turn them off. After they finally stop, they pulsate on the bottom of my winshield for about 20 minutes before they stop. Then again, sometimes they won't come on at all. Is this the wiper switch or motor control problem?

Probably needs a little cleaning and lube of the drive and park mechanism. But try this first. Look at the fuse box. There should be a unit plugged into the wiper fuse socket. Unplug this and use a standard fuse in its place. See if this makes it work normally but without the delay.
