Slip yoke
I want to install a M-20 Muncie (1965) in my 72 (ex TH400) - I need a 27spline yoke with the muncie.
Would the 65' yoke fit my TH400 driveshaft (different u-joints on C3??)?
Could I use a TH350 yoke (also 27spline as far as I know)?

Not 100% sure because I've never needed to buy one, but I've heard that NAPA and probably others sell a u-joint that has the two different sized bearing caps so you can adapt the '65 yoke to your '72 driveshaft. That would be the easiest answer.

Ijust put a 350 turbo in a 73 4 speed car. I believe that would have been a muncie tranny. Anyway the slip yoke that came out of the 4 speed would not fit the 350. It was quite a bit larger. I couldnt find one so I cut the slip part off of a 350 non bolt in yoke and then cut the slip part off of the 4 speed yoke and welded the 350 one to it. Now I have a 350 bolt in yoke. Scarry huh?
