Exhaust header wrap hoses, any good ?

As I don't like to wrap the HOOKER side exhaust headers of my 68 big block with the heat insulation wrap, how about the jacket type offered by SUMMIT under P/N THE-11248 or JEGS P/N 893-11248 ?
Are this any good?
They cover 22 inch of primary tubing, so should make it from the valve heads to the bottom of the car.
75 US$ for the kit of 8 jackets !
Any thoughts ?
