The best way is to pull the heads and do a valve job. Chnaces are if you have some valves sticking it probably needs one. The other cheaper way is to go to your local parts store and look for a type of Valve Medic, top engine cleaner or something along those lines. There are several things that could be the reason for the sticking valve, Carbon build up, mis-shapen valve stem bore, bent valve. My guess would be carbon buildup on top of the valve where the stem goes into the head near the combustion chamber. I would try one of the chemical cures first, if that doesn't help after 100miles or so I would consider a valve job. Just my $.02.
Forgot to add this. You can try running the car and spraying carb and choke cleaner into the carb or throttle body while its running. Spray enough in to where the engine almost stalls. It is ok if you do stall the engine this will not hurt anything.
Also check to be sure its not a lifter as mentioned above.

Replace with Solid Lifters. (Just kidding.)
I had a 76 Ford with a sticky lifter and a guy told me to use Marvel Mystery Oil addative. I laughed, but did it anyway. Totally fixed the problem. He laughed last.
